These terms apply when you use CrayonMill (“we”, “us”) at crayonmill.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Your account
You must be an adult (18 or the age of majority where you live) to use CrayonMill. Keep access to your email or Google account secure — you are responsible for what happens under your account.
Credits and payments
- One credit makes one page. Your first 4 pages are free.
- Credits are sold in packs; there is no subscription. Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
- If a page fails to generate, its credit is returned automatically.
- Checkout is run by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, and their checkout terms apply to the purchase. If something is wrong with an order, contact us at support@crayonmill.com.
The pages you make
As between you and us, the pages and books you generate are yours, and you may use them commercially — including selling them on Amazon KDP — on every plan. You give us permission to store and process them only so we can run the service for you. AI output is not guaranteed to be unique, and some jurisdictions may not grant copyright in AI-generated images; you are responsible for checking that your book meets the rules of the marketplace you publish on.
What you may not do
- Create content that infringes someone else’s copyright or trademark, such as recognizable characters or brands you have no rights to.
- Create sexual content involving minors, or content that is illegal, hateful or meant to harass.
- Abuse, overload, scrape or try to break into the service, or resell access to it.
We may refuse a request, remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.
The service
We work to keep CrayonMill running and improving, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and may change or be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Ending your account
You can stop using CrayonMill at any time and delete your account yourself under Account → Privacy & security, or ask us to do it. Unused credits are not refunded when you close your account, unless the law requires it.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant we will tell signed-in users before it applies. Questions: support@crayonmill.com.
